INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Onion 2
Red Chili 🌶️ Power One Tablespoon 🥄
Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) One Tablespoon 🥄
White cumin One Tablespoon 🥄
Dried Coriander Powder One Tablespoon 🥄
Chicken 🐔 1 KG
Soap (یخنی) 3 Cups
Tomato 🍅 Five
Worcestershire Sauce Two Tablespoons 🥄
Green Coriander (ہرا دھنیا) 1/2 گھڈی
Butter Two Tablespoons 🥄
Oil Four Tablespoons 🥄



Combination

Wash and dry the chicken seasonings.
Finely chop the onion and green coriander, heat the oil in a frying pan over low heat for two to three minutes and fry the garlic for one to two minutes.

Then add chicken and fry on high heat for three to four minutes, in another frying pan heat the butter for one minute on medium heat.

Fry chopped onion and green coriander in it till it becomes soft, then add flour and fry till it becomes fragrant.

Then add salt, red pepper, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin and yakni and cook till it thickens while stirring lightly.

Then add the chicken seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste, cover and simmer on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, then serve hot chicken South Indian.
