Turmeric Half Teas
Yellow color Two Drops
Oil Five hundred grams

So you used to eat Lahore Chargha in the restaurant. But now you will not have to go to the restaurant. Now we will teach you how to make Lahore Chargha at home.

We will tell you a very simple method. First of all we need a chicken. We will take a whole chicken no matter how much it weighs. First wash it thoroughly and then clean it and wash it. Then cut it. Will be applied.

First we will make cuts from one side. Then we will make cuts from the other side. After that we will also make cuts on its legs. We will also make cuts on the back side of the chicken in the same way.

Now take a bowl. And put 100 grams of yoghurt in it. And mix it a little. Add one teaspoon of garlic powder in it. Add two teaspoons of lemon.

It doesn't matter if there is no lemon juice. Add the juice of two lemons and add a teaspoon of spices. Add half a teaspoon of mango powder and one teaspoon of red chili powder.

Add half a teaspoon of tartar.

Add half a teaspoon of hot spices and add half a teaspoon of chaat spices. Add one teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and add two drops of yellow color.

All these spices will be gone. Now we will mix this chicken in this chicken. And now we will pick up the chicken and apply this spice on the chicken.

Spices will be applied in this way.

Apply it on each side of the chicken and cut into the inside of the chicken. Spice it well with the help of hands. Neither side should be made without spices. Now apply 2 tablespoons of oil on it. And mix with the help of hands.

After mixing, they will keep it for my net for one hour. If it is hot, keep it in the fridge and if it is cold, keep it outside. After one hour, we will pick up the chicken. Now one thread. Now take the legs of the chicken and tie it with this thread.

Now take a pan. And put two liters of water in it. And take a stainer, put it on top of this water and put chicken on it. Put a heavy vessel on top and raise the flame for three minutes and after three minutes we will make the flame tail.

After that let it simmer for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes turn off the flame and take off the cover. Now put a pan on the stove and put up to 500 grams of oil in it and make its flame high. ۔

When the oil is hot, pick up the chicken and fry in it. The lacquer comes after frying the chicken.

Cook the chicken in oil for 30 minutes and then apply it to its side. After 6 minutes, turn off the heat and carefully lift the chicken and take it out in a plate and add chopped onion like salad on its side. Cut the cucumbers and lemons in half and lick the spices together.

Very delicious Lahore Chargha is ready
