Ingredients Quantity
 Kima  One Pound
 Ginger  One Tablespoon
 Garlic Paste  One Tablespoon
 Tomatoes (chopped)  Four
 Onion (Chopped)  Two
 Green coriander  One little
 Green Chili  4 to 5
 Red chili powder  One Tablespoon
 Coriander Powder  One Tablespoon
 Kaduri Methi  One Tablespoon
 Salt  According to taste
 White cumin powder  One Tablespoon
 Oil  One Cup
First heat the oil, when the oil gets hot add onion and fry. Then add minced meat, ginger, garlic and salt and fry minced meat for two to three minutes. When frying, add tomatoes, red chillies, coriander, white cumin, hot spices and fry them all. After frying the spices, add half a cup of water and let the minced meat simmer. When the kima is melted and a little water is left, add Kasuri methi in it and keep it on the tail for five minutes. Garnish with green coriander and green chillies and serve with prathas.
